Why doesn't Farrah and Farrah's employees wear gloves to cut up all that fruit they are touching?!?  don't they have rules about wearing gloves in food establishments like that....

Surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. I read horrible reviews about her frozen yogurt place.

I think this must vary from state to state. I've watched several of those shows where they're traveling to different food establishments and showing them preparing food in the kitchens. I always cringe when I see them handling read to eat food with bare hands. I figure it must be within regulations where they're from since they're doing it on national television.

I worked in a deli in SC and we were NOT allowed to wear gloves. I thought it was disgusting.
