TMI post partum bleeding question
When did it stop? I had Colin yesterday and am nearly done I think. I thought I bled for wks with Ryan. Is there less with your second? Does it come and go?

maybe it's a fluke. I can't imagine it stopping so soon for you. It would be awesome, but I wouldn't get your hopes up!

6 weeks for me. It would taper off then get heavy again, for about 6 weeks.

I think I had light bleeding for about 5 weeks with DD. Not sure about having 2 kids though.

be careful!!!
i only bled (minimally) for less-than a week after my c-section
i thought it was the best thing ever . . . until 18 days PP and I hemorrhaged and passed a HUGE clot
(luckily for me I was put on heparin 2 weeks PP and that broke up the clot, otherwise things could have been VERY bad for me)
i do have a clotting disorder though, so keep that in mind too

with Jacob I bled for 4 weeks pp. I am 2 weeks pp with DD and the bleeding comes and goes.

With my second it was much less- only 1 1/2 weeks. With my first it was 5 weeks (on and off).
