To my dear control freak pal Lipglossjunky...
OK...I am as bad as you...so tell me how on earth you are coping with waiting for the baby furniture?!?!?!
I went on a tirade at poor DH b/c no one would tell me WHEN the dresser would arrive [final piece of furniture] then once I knew it arrived, I threw another "fit" about WHY it was sent to my IL's and then WHY dear God did his grandfather put it together over there so it can get damaged being shoved in someone's car to be driven to our house [or dropped on the concrete being carried inside!].
Luckilly, of course, nothing happened to it....
BUT seriously, I don't know that I'd be coping well at all if my dad told me I couldn't have my furniture until after the baby! [tradition or not!!!!]
So see, you are doing better than you think!!!
I refuse to go IN BRU b/c I just might buy 3 carseats...DH would KILL me. 
Sigh...and I have a good 10 weeks left to dwell on stuff. Be THRILLED you have 2 [max.]!

YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF WEEKS TOP TO GO. Hang in there!!!
I have 13.5 to go. The computer and other furniture is still in the nursery. Nothing is set up or done. I have been spending the last few weekends cleaning up and purging the "junk" room that is supposed to be the nursery. We are cleaning up the upstairs full of DH's dad stuff (another yard sale is schedule at the end of April).
Worst case scenario... I am buying a #@#?> bassinet and put the kid in there by my bed.

Yeah, I still need to hang a %^^#&&(*#&(*$ door for the baby. Which means I need to buy a drill and a whole host of other tools.
I think I shall refuse to speak to Liza as well.

I am 13.5 weeks away also and I haven't even ordered furniture this week. I feel like things are just going way way to fast. I dont feel prepared at all. But i know it will all come together. I am goign to order the furniture this weekend.

Oh please ladies - we still have crap from our move in the baby's room...
Right now we have the gifts in their boxes from the shower - the furntiure isnt coming in until weeks after the baby is here!!!
Plus - DH, the halfway Harry as someone coined the other day, never finished painting the door to the baby's room, so its bright purple while the rest of the room is light mint green...

I still have crap from my move with DH 1.5 years ago in the nursery to be.
And I was wondering why it's taking me so long to get this room ready. I am not even painting the room at this point. Art work it is for color!!!!
