Today I joined the gym
I have been very good with food portions and cooking more at home for the past 2 weeks.
And I was so motivated that I joined a gym today. I would never enroll in a gym and waste money if I did not think I would go. I feel I really have the motivation now.
I have an appt with the gym nutritionist tomorrow night. % body fat should really really interesting. That's OK! I know what to expect. I know it's bad.
BTDT as a former personal trainer.

oh good....if you ever want to take a walk (tuesday wednesday or thursday ) from 12:45-2:20 let me knw we live so close I take a double stroller and walk with the kids then

It's DS' nap time but we can try 1 day.
