I have my first sono at the RE at 3:45!!!
I am so excited and so nervous at the same time.
Please say a prayer everything goes okay!  
UPDATE:
Just one baby!!
Everything looks good, baby was measuring perfectly. We saw the heartbeat- very faint but we saw it! RE says everything looks good and is letting me go to the OB- first appt. is next Tuesday. My right ovary is extremely enlarged and the doc says he can't believe i'm not really bloated or uncomfortable. He said it's kind of a good sign because that means there's alot of pregnancy hormone in there.

That's interesting about your ovary! So is that the case, the hormones are released from your ovaries?
