Today is the closing date for the house we are selling
I am so sad, I hope I don't cry t the closing!
I am going to miss my house especially my backyard!

I cried when we sold. Not AT the closing, thank goodness, but as we were driving away from it.

Wow, you sold it fast! Gives me some hope!! I hate this house, I'd be so glad to be out of it.
As you get used to your new house, the old one will be just a happy memory. The sad feelings will fade.

As you get used to your new house, the old one will be just a happy memory. The sad feelings will fade.
We got an offer 3 days after listing. After some negotiations that is the offer we went with. We were in contract within 2 weeks.
Where do you want to move? You hate your house? I loved mine, but it was just a little small for the long term. The new house is soooo big and I love the space but it doesn't feel like "home" yet and the property is a disaster!!!
