* TODAY WAS OUR INSPECTION ...
and we recieved glorious news. Owners took excellent care of their home. The only thing we need are the screens to the freaking windows ... everything is in prime condition. Needs cosmetic work obviously but roof, boiler, cac, foundation, electric, heat, plumbing, etc are good!
I am so happy!
**I know things will go wrong, Im just happy they didnt find anything major with the house!!

Congrats! Great news! The same thing happened to us with the screens for the windows. Some were there some weren't. We had to buy a bunch of them after we moved in.  We think they took them to get money for scrap metal.
