toddler dance school classes
how much do you pay for your toddler to go to dance? How long is the class?

Classes are usually an hour...usually they have to be potty trained (although Im sure there are schools that they dont have to be).
I think it's about $40 per month depending upon the school.

I just signed DD up for September...she will be in the 3 year old class, it's an hour, $42/month and they didn't say anything about being potty trained, which she isn't, so hopefully it's not a problem!

$37 a month, hour class which includes tap, ballet and a little tumbling. It is a 3yo class

Not in NY but I just signed DD up for a ballet/tap/jazz combo that is about an hour long and it's once a week. It is $55 a month and runs from Sept through May and that fee includes her dance recital and 3 costume changes for that recital.

Do you mind sharing where you guys are going? I wanted to sign Molly up for dance class.
Morgan...are you gonna come this way??? that would be SOOOO awesome for the girls. I think Ava (prncss) might be going as well as gillian and Gianna. They told me 33 amonth. weekend class too!

i just got back myself. We must have just missed one another!  I am so happy!!! Ya know, we should do the soccer in the summer and dance in the winter since dance ends in may. i would go where you went...

It would be nice to have a group of LIF mommies together in one place.
I found some websites for shoes and stuff for cheaper than they said. I just didn't look into shipping yet.
Target had cute leotards also.
Something in the summer to keep them busy sounds good.

Last year my daughter was in a 3 year old class on Saturday mornings. We paid $38 a month. The costume cost me $75 and the recital tickets ran about $25 a piece. At first I didn't think the price was that bad. I had no idea about the costume and recital tickets. BUT, my daughter LOVED the class so we are going back. It is a great school. Oh, and I had to pay for a trophy for her and she wanted a tee shirt with her name on it oh and the pictures too. After the recital she was so proud of herself.
