Friday's, Houhlihan's , Ruby Tuesday's Applebee's, are all toddler friendly. Most pizza places with table service are toddler friendly as well.

I have an almost 2 1/2 yr old and a 10 month old. We usually go out once a week to dinner and find the following are good:
Calda (Levittown) Houlihan's (Westbury) Hemingway's (Wantagh) Cheesecake Factory (Westbury) Grand Lux (Garden City) Mama Teresa's (East Meadow) Argyle (Babylon)

DS seems to like Chili's. ALso famous Dave's and Texas Roadhouse are kid friendly. Dinners may be another safe bet.

Most chains are toddler friendly. Also, Vincents is toddler friendly as it is always so loud in there anyway, and their food is better than chains.
