Toddler playgrounds in the Town of Oyster Bay?

I checked the town websites and we live very close to Bethpage Community Park, Plainview-Old Bethpage Community Park and the Syosset Woodbury Community Park. They ALL specify children's playgrounds, but does anyone know if they have TODDLER friendly playground equipment. What about COUNTY parks in that area - Cantiague Park? Im not keen on the one at Eisenhower - its madness there. TIA.

I am not a fan of Cantiague. I have never been to the ones you mentioned but there is a little tiny playground on Stweart ave by a school and it is brand new and has GREAT equipment. I also like the one behind Old country road in plainview by a Korean church.

Marjorie Post has a great toddler park and most of it is shaded. I really like that one. Also, Allen Park in Farmingdale on Motor Parkway is a nice toddler park is fenced in.

I forget the name, but there is a small park where Old Country Road and Plainview Road sort of meet (a little west of South Oyster Bay Road). There is a toddler playground there as well as an older kid playground. The entrance is on Plainview Rd.

I take my kids to the playground at Syosset-Woodbury Park (we are also pool members there in the summer). I would say it's toddler friendly and it isn't too big and not too crowded. It is fenced, but not all the way around and I know people complain if they have children that are "runners". I never had any issues in that aspect.

Speno park in East meadow has a great one. Not quite in the area you mentioned but, really not too far away also.

There is a tiny one on Woodbury rd but I don't go because nobody is there.

There is one off 106 on Stewart Ave )by Dutch lane school). They just redid it. It's beautiful! Stewart ave is across Holy Trinity school. The park is just on the right side after the 7/11.

Ok- I am always at either Plainview or Syosset Woodbury park. They both have toddler areas... I personally like Plainview better becauser the entire park is gated in. The only downside is that there is no shade anywhere.. Syosset Woodbury is good too-they have a sandbox and it is much bigger than Plainview...

I went to Bethpage once just for a change. I was pretty impressed. It was just redone and it is beautiful.

The one on Plainview road is Borelli fields park. It ia where there are alot of soccer and basefall fields. IT does have a toddler park also. My mother actually was with JAcob ther etoday but on the bigger kid one. She was pretty impressed because when I was young it was just a plain open field...

We like Bethpage and the Syosset-Woodbury, both are very toddler friendly.

I really like Marjorie Post. It has one really cool toddler area, but it is locked during the morning for the pre-school. The other areas are contained as well, but there are larger climbers there as well.

The one on Woodbury Rd is VERY close to me, but you are right, NOBODY is there and it is limited.
