Tonight I made the squash & mac n cheese
that Jerry Seinfeld's wife was talking about on Oprah yesterday. DDs ate it up and loved it - I even stole some because it was so good.
Now I'm really looking forward to getting that cookbook. I want to try the spinach brownies!

I just made my regular mac and cheese and added squash. I had bought it frozen, thawed it out and mixed it in. I didn't even have to puree it!

I was just telling DH about this tonight, who looked at me like I was crazy and making gagging faces. DS does not eat any veggies at all (eats tons of fruit though) and DH only likes green beans so thats why he was gagging.
I am going to try to make the pankcakes and chicken nuggets and see if he likes them. I will let you know

I actually had the squash in the freezer (just bought regular frozen squash from the food store). I thawed it out in the microwave and the consistency was that of a puree, so I didn't even need to puree it. I just scooped it into the mac and cheese that I was making - it was that simple.
