I agree. My DD was born at 33 weeks and was in the NICU. I hope your little Joseph will be home with you soon.

Another NICU mom here ( we should get our own board  )
I had DD at 32weeks, 5 days and she was 4, 14. She was on a vent for less then a day and was in the NICu for 5 weeks.
Today she is almost 6 months old and over 16 pounds!! They grow so fast and are stronger then you can imagine. Any questions, we are here. The Nicu can be a scary place.

My cousin's son was born at 26 weeks he weighed 1 lb 12 oz. Today Jason is 2 healthy and adorable

my baby was a 32 weeker and 2.5 lbs.....your son is a great weight! good luck and remember we are all here for you...us preemie moms stick together

**update
My little Joey is doing ok he is off the ventalator and is on a breathing machine similar to the one used for sleep apnea he gained an oz and is sooo tiny i still am in a lot of pain from the delivery by massive c-section but i will be seeing joey everyday when he is well enough for pics i will post them up ty everyone your support is helping alot!!

***UPDATE
Joey is now off all of his antibiotics :) he lost the oz he gained but is a bit alert of mine and Jays voice!! I am going back to see him tonight, so i might have more to tell...thank you all for your support again it means soo much to me to have somewhere to go and vent about all this tytyty

He's a GREAT weight (my son was 3lbs., 3 oz. and 32 weeks)...
And you are pumping, which is good -- your breastmilk will really help his little immune system...

Eli I will try again to call you tonight ... give my nephew a big kiss for me. and as other nicu mom's (like me) he is a great weight. Krys was 31 weeker and 4 lbs. and exspect him to lose a little weight. kryssy went down to 3lbs 6 onces. so he is a great weight. he is a fighter just like us....
