Montauk Highway, West Bay Shore
Directions: The park entrance is south of Montauk Highway (Route 27A), about one-half mile east of the Robert Moses Causeway.
Originally owned by the Gardiner family, Suffolk's first non-native landowners, and later part of the historic Sagtikos Manor Estate, Gardiner County Park is now a 231 acre nature-oriented public park on the Great South Bay.

OH AWESOME!!!
we live right by this park and are DYING to take hershey there!! DH says he is still a little small (hes only about 17 weeks old)
hopefully by the summer we will be able to take him!!!

It definitely gets crowded!! We got there around 11AM and got one of the last few parking spots in the lot and when were leaving there were no spots in the lots and tons of cars parked out on the road!!
