Tooth whitening for Very Sensitive teeth ?
Hi everyone
I've been thinking about whitening my teeth for some time but I'm terrified that it will leave my sensitive , paper- thin teeth even more sensitive
I've spoken to my dentist about this a couple of times and he told me not to be afraid of the over the counter stuff and to leave it on for less time than the box recommends
So have any of you with sensitive teeth used anything that you'd recommend- or Not recommend? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Re: Tooth whitening for Very Sensitive teeth ?
ive used listerine vibrant white rinse. i would use it every other day and only once a day. people always comment on how white my teeth are. and if you feel the sensitivity starting, don use it for a week and then go back to it, again only once a day and maybe every three days or so.
also, maybe use sensodyne toothpaste as well.
