Re: Top 3 things.....
Hardest 1. You cannot do anything without first making sure your baby is taken care of. A quick stop at 7-11 is a much bigger production now.
2. You get opinions from everyone in the world and you have to try to remain patient about it.
Best 1. You see the world through a new set of eyes. As your baby looks around and learns, you take interest in all the things he or she sees.
2. Seeing your spouse interact with the baby.
3. Fun baby clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Top 3 things.....
Hardest 1. Working, I wish I could do it p/t 2. Finding time for me is tough some days, but DH is good about helping me 3. Trusting DD with anyone else. I do it but no one will ever care for her like I do, except maybe DH, but even he flops the schedule and mismatches her outfits.
Best 1. Waking up to her 2. Experiencing her milestones 3. Just being able to hold and love her. God, I love that baby!

Re: Top 3 things.....
Hardest: 1. Lack of Sleep- I will never sleep completely soundly again. 2. Adapting to their schedule- For a control freak like me, it was hard to let her be the boss of everything. 3. Leaving her to go back to work
Best: 1. The ovewhelming feeling og inconditional love- I never thought I would ever love someone as much as I love my child. 2. Watching her grow and change and make sense of her world. 3. Hearing her say Ma and giving me a big hug

Re: Top 3 things.....
Top 3 hardest things:
1. Keeping my cool and patience after a really long day 2. Leaving her at day care to go to work 3. Worrying about her all the time
Top best things:
1. Seeing her smile and say Momma when she sees me 2. Watching her learn new things 3. Realizing that I was not the person I was 14 months ago and its for the better

Re: Top 3 things.....
My DD is 3.5 months old.
Hardest
----Lack of sleep ----Not being able to console her when she had colic (thank God that's over with now ) -----Not being able to get up and go....everything takes 3x longer when you have a baby...getting dressed taking a shower cooking etc. I'm a new Mom so perhaps in a few months or with the next baby I will figure out a better routine.
Best
----Seeing her gorgeous little face smile and laugh when she sees me...it melts my heart -----The undescribale love I feel for her...IMO you don't know how much you can actually love someone until you become a parent -----The realization that my life has new meaning...I feel filled...no matter what I go through now or how hard things get I know my life has a higher purpose...being a Mom to my beautiful DD
