3: Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies
what are these??!
1/2 cup of butter 1 8oz cream cheese 1 egg 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 pkg yellow cake mix 6oz choc chips
Soften butter and cream cheese in microwave then mix well with electric mixer.
Blend in egg and vanilla and mix well.
Add cake mix 1/3 at a time and mix well after each addition.
Mix in choc chips.
Cover and let chill for at least 30 min.
Heat oven to 375 and bake 8-10 min until light golden brown
These are so yummy and stay soft and delicious. Since they have cream cheese they should be stored in the fridge. They are so good cold!

This sounds so good. I am going to try it. Just one question, do you roll the dough into a log before refrigerating and then just slice before heating?

6. Pie dough cookies
ok now what are these?!
Take pie dough and slice them into squares. brush with melted butter. Sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon and bake till done. My mom always made these with leftover dough from pies and they are so yummy. I don't know if they have a real cookie name or not. I just always called them "pie dough cookies."
I also made them one time buy laying out the dough and doing the butter, sugar, and cinnamon on the whole thing and then rolling it up and slicing them then baking them. This made a thicker cookie. Just as good!

nope...I just put the mixing bowl in the fridge and then use a cookie scoop to make balls and plop on the baking sheet.
