Where can i get the best deal on these two items. I know bloomingdales is having 20% off and free shipping over $300 but i was wondering if i could do better....

that will be your best bet..
unless you wait for a big sale, and in that case, the good sizes and colors are picked over.
the other sale you can wait for is bloomingdales big sale where if you spend 200 = 20%, spend 300 = 25% and spend 500 = 30%
the 30% becomes wroth it if you are going to invest in stuff like that
