TOTAL BODY SHAPING!
HI, has anyone tried this place and the kickboxing classes they offer?
if so, did you see a difference in 10 weeks?
would you recommended?

OH YES, its amazing...sooo hard but worth it, i lost 22 pounds in 10 weeks doing it, i did the bohemia one...then i got pregnant!!! hahha gained it all back..its a mix of cardio and strength resistence training, they also give utrition advice...well worth the $$$ if you can get there 6 days a week...thats what they ask of oyu...

oh yes, strict...basically 1200-1500 calories per day, tons of water...and work your butt off in the class..its seriously like on the Bigest Loser...i would cry!!!

I loved the total body shaping class! You definitely see a difference in 10 weeks. I especially saw a difference in my fitness level. I don't remember how much I lost or how many inches but I remember being successful

I believe it is $300 or $350....they ask for a $100 deposit when you sign up.
