Total surprise BFP..going on #3
Hello,
I have been blessed with my dd (5) and ds (13 mos) with the help of clomid and ivf (for the 2nd). I've always been very irregular (due to PCOS). Lately, I've been very tired and feeling a little heavy in the mid-section area. I took a test to "rule it out" and then get my butt on a diet. Well, all 3 tests came back very positive. I can't believe it! I have no idea how far along I am, but I'm thinking I could've conceived anywhere from December to just recently. I'm going to try to get into my dr.'s office this am. I'm totally freaking out.
Any advice from mommies of 3 (and anyone with 2 under the age of 2). It's a little scary, but we're happy.
Also, DH and I went to AC a few weeks ago and I had a decent amount to drink. Other than that, I don't really drink too much other than an occassional glass of wine. I hope I didn't do anything that could harm the baby.
Sorry for the novel...I'm just freaking out a little.

OMG!!!! how WONDERFUL!!!!!!!
don't freak out. even if you conceived in december, you would only be 8ish weeks now. so you would have been extremely early on in your pregnancy when you were drinking... likely well before you and baby were sharing a blood supply.
i think CONGRATS are in order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to the dr. in 45 mins. I think I'll feel better once I know how far along I am and that the baby is okay.

 I have head a similar story - mom didn't realize until she was 5 months along! the thing that made her realize was a kick!!!
She smoked and drank during those 5 months - the baby was fine!

Well, I'm back from the dr.
Looks like I am 10 weeks preggo!! We saw the hb and everything looked good.
My dr. wasn't phased at all about the drinking.
I can't believe I almost made it through the 1st trimester without even knowing.
The same thing happened to my neighbor. She actually gave birth to her 3rd child on her 2nd's first birrthday. I can't wait to tell her!

My 4th pg was a surprise and I will have a 9, 2, 1 and newborn.
I was very nervous as to how I am going to juggle everything...but I have no choice. It'll work out.
You were blessed with a 3rd, things will work out for you!!!!!
