Totally cool!! (but showing my age)
DH got me the coolest gift ever for Christmas and just installed it in our home computer ...
a device that will convert my tons of CASSETTE TAPES into MP3's for my iPod!!!!
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! I'm so excited!!!

OMG....I cant beleive that you still have some!! got rid of mine...of course I wish I still had some of my homemade "mixed" tapes!!  those were the best!!

I've got probably 100+!! I don't know why I never tossed them! My records made their way to my brother who still had a turntable!

I'll have to check when I get home. It actually gets installed to the compuer as a drive but I know I had seen something different in two catalogs before the holidays (not sure how those worked/got connected).

Shut up!!!! I had NO idea there was such a device on the market.
Unfortunately, I threw away all my tapes (I'm talking hundred) already. I'm so sad now...

DH used to make me tons of mix tapes when we were younger. I still have them and was recently lamenting over the fact that I don't get a chance to listen to them anymore!
