Totally overanalyzing my body this month

How long before AF starts do you cramp? I am definately feeling some cramping going on in the past couple of days I am currently around 7 dpo could be 8 not sure but this also be the lead up to AF you think I would know my body by now! I did record all thats been going on this month just in case

Try not to over think any symptoms. I know thats easier said than done but you'll just go crazy.

I'm totally looking too much into everything too. I'm at 6dpo and have been cramping and feeling a lot of pressure as of yesterday. I just hope this week goes fast. I plan to test on Saturday at 12dpo.

I think we are all so intune right now, that prior to this we didnt pay much attention to symptoms...at least thats how I feel
