We put a bid in!!...UPDATED We got the house!!!
I'm sooo excited we put a bid in on a house. I think the real estate broker is trying to start a bidding war, but we should hear today if we got the house!!
We found out yesterday at 5pm we got the house!!! I am soooo excited!! Pool parties and BBQ's here I come.

The house is in Lake Ronkonkoma...very well kept!!! We still haven't heard back but my DH said they did call our real estate agent and lawyer working on a bacground check.

it's such a beautiful house, and look at that little fish pond!!  Congrats on your gorgeous new home - just think, you'll be able to have a 4th of July party to christen it!!

I don't know if we'll be in by the 4th...but I'm definitely planning a Labor Day BBQ!! I'm still jumping up and down!!!
