Anything with obscene amounts of chocolate.
Ice cream cake from Carvel.
Our wedding cake was chocolate with cannoli cream. I loved that.

Tres leches...it's a spanish cake made with three (tres) kinds of milk (leche). Really, really sweet, and really moist.

Warm chocolate cake and chocolate mousse cake. I also love strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries in the middle-no jelly.

My favorite cake is called Cookies & Cream. I got the recipe from the back of a brownie mix box. It's a brownie on the bottom, then a layer of vanilla frosting, then crumbled Oreos on top. It takes like heaven.
