toys for 6-12 months
I want to get get my DD a few things to play with for christmas. She is 5 months old and I have no real toys for her yet... (just teathers... rattles...playmat...jumperoo) and she's getting bored during the day....
What are some really good toys out there that your DC loves or did love??

An activity table might be good. Once my DD was able to pull up it was one of her favorites toys.

I got DS (7 months), the little superstar,cell phone, Lamaze caterpiller, Taggies Books....his cuz is getting him the Leap Frog Table

DS has the laugh and learn puppy and loves it. Another simple toy he loves are those FP sorting shapes bucket--he started playing with these at about 5 months and 3 months later he still loves them and is getting much better at manipulating them.
For Christmas I got the FP sing n go choo choo and the set of small soft cars with faces.
