trader joes
So everyone talks about them and I never bought anything from them..I have one by work and was thinking about going one day...what should I buy? When you talk about food is it pre made food by them or frozen by them?

While I have my own staples, honestly, in your case I would just browse the aisles, looking at everything and then deciding what I would like. Almost everything they have is good. I did buy a few major doosies there but as long as you keep a receipt you can bring it back. I believe one of those things was a box of Stevia packets which was one of the most vile things I have ever tasted. Another was a chinese take out looking box with what I believe was called Kong Pao chicken. it was horrible!
Also, i love this website: whatsgoodattraderjoes It's kind of funny and most of their reviews are spot on. Have fun!

I agree with WhatNow, just browse and pick up things that look interesting. The portions are small enough (and the prices, too) that it's not too much of a risk.
