Trader Joe's Pizza Dough
Give me your favorite homemade pizza ideas.
Plus...can I use the dough for anything else besides Pizza?

i personally dont like their dough. it doesnt rise for some reason. maybe im doing something wrong??
i make pizza often at home and just get dough from local pizza shops.
as far as toppings:
take advantage of the cheese at drader joes! its sooo much cheaper there!
pesto sauce with shrimp, fresh basil and fresh tomatos
reg sauce, cheese, prosciutto and drizzled honey
u can also used smoked mozzarella , truffled cheese. i'll try and post a pic of some of my homemade pizza

I use the garlic herb dough and it's great. I also make calzones out of it.
-Fresh tomatoes, basil and fresh mozz
-Pesto, grilled chicken, mozz
-Smoked mozz, ricotta and roasted broccoli
-Buffalo wing sauce, grilled chicken and cheddar and mozz

The only dough I like from TJ's is the garlic herb. There are some many topping options but my fav is fresh mozz, prosciutto and caramelized red onions. Sometimes I drizzle a liitle evvo and lemon juice over arugula and then toss some on top of the pizza.

Trader Joe's Pizza Dough
We make our own dough but we make cheese pizzas, we've done a veggie pizza with red onions and broccoli kalamata olives, sausage with cheese and sauce. There are endless possibilities. We get from the pizza place a buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese never made it on our own but its on the list. You can use the dough to make calzones, Stromboli, bread sticks

I've made:
- Ricotta and mozzorella pizza with herbs - no sauce (delicious!)
- Marinara, cheese, and then I sautee some peppers and onions and put it top. You can also add some chicken, but I love it w/ peppers.
- I'll also buy their chicken sausage, cook it prior to and add it on top.
