Trader Joe's Turkeys
Has anyone make a turkey from trader joe's?
One just opened near us and I have been shopping there a bunch. I saw they had the fresh turkeys available today and I was wondering if anyone has ever used one? I am thinking of getting one for thanksgiving. TIA!

We got a fresh brined turkey from them last year and it was amazing! Definitely getting it again this year.

this is great to hear! I've been thinking about getting one this year!
is it too soon to buy one now if I don't plan on freezing it?
should I wait till this Friday or this coming Monday?

I am planning on waiting to buy it, but when I was there on Sunday the turkeys the sell date was already past thanksgiving, so I guess you could get it now if you wanted.
