Transitioning from Baby Food to Table Food
How do you know if your DC is getting enough food?

Re: Transitioning from Baby Food to Table Food
I just feed her till she doesn't want anymore
I have also noticed that gradually she eats more...like from 1/2 french toast slice to a whole....1/2 a chicken nugget to a whole
She will let you know when she is full

I agree.
Gianna lets me know by pushing her food off her tray or whining in her highchair.

See I think with Ali - she gets fed up with sitting in the highchair. I am not if it is about being full

Do you notice like when she starts doing that at the same time, she slow to chew and eat her food?
I noticed when Gianna slows down and is getting full, it takes her more time to put things in her mouth and chew them. Right after that the flinging of food begins.
Gianna is the same way too, sometimes that highchair is torture for her to sit in.

Re: Transitioning from Baby Food to Table Food
Ryan starts whining well before he's full because he then will down an entire bottle. He just gets tired of the highchair I think. I don't know when they're eating enough, he is waking up at night now sometimes starving!!
