Tricks up the TTC sleeve?
Besides the cold medications used to produce more CM, what else is there to help get prego??
So far I have seen on here, I think I have the effects correctly (please correct me if I am wrong):
Cold Medications (Robitussen, Mucinex)- enhances CM
Pre-Seed - enhances CM
Omega 3 Fatty Acid Supplements - increases fertility (not sure what aspect of fertility specifically)
Barilla Plus Pasta - due to containing Omega 3 Fatty Acids
Baby Carrots - enhances fertility (again, not sure which aspect)
Green Tea - same as above
What else??? Please add to the list!!

Re: Tricks up the TTC sleeve?
B6 vitamins to extend LP, Vitex herbal supplement to regulate ovulation, Evening Primrose Oil supplements for increased CM, grapefruit juice for increased CM, baby carrots for CM. Mucinex (blue box) for CM.

Robitussin...I swear by this stuff. Both months I got my BFP, I used it several days before ovulation until a few days after.

I'm a Mucinex & Preseed girl here, but I have to agree with the wine & fun post. It will help relax you, and make it seem less like a chore. Make it more about romance, and less like "baby-making" and it will take some of the stress off.

Robitussin/Mucinex loosen up not only congestion (like when you have a cold and are stuffed up) in your nose, but will loosen up mucous anywhere. Since CM (cervical mucous) helps sperm get where it needs to go, if you don't have a lot of EWCM, either of those medications will aid in "loosening it up." If you want to give it a shot, start taking it on CD10 and keep it up until a day or two after you ovulate. I take 1 Mucinex tablet in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m.

it needs to be the plain Robutussin, no letters after it.

Sex every other day worked for me, coupled with a few glasses of wine.

There was a post about Evening Primrose Oil the other day. I'm pretty sure Porrruss (spelling?) posted it.

Re: Tricks up the TTC sleeve?
I swear by Omega 3-6-9 (Nordic Naturals brand) over just the Omega 3. Also, unsweetened white grapefruit juice for increased EWCM, when the time is right. Vitex wasn't bad and made for a pretty triphasic chart, but didn't do the trick for me.
