Trifle Bowl recipe for party - NON DESSERT

What about a layered mexican dip...refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cheese. Serve with Scoops!

I made a greek layer dip from Food Network magazine in mine at my last party.
People seriously went orgazmic over it. Was kind of surprised but hey, I'll take it.
I used beef instead of lamb. You can look on the site for the recipe but basically:
brown ground beef with finely chopped onions and sprinkle greek seasoning (pre packaged blend) Let cool.
Bottom layer of trifle, spoon in a package of store bought hummus. Layer meat on top. Then add in store bought Taziki Sauce (I got from Trader Joes). Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, and some red onions for color.
I am pretty sure that was it.
Serve with Pita Chips and/or veggie sticks.
