boneless pork ribs - non BBQ recipe?
i ordered these from fresh direct to make for DH. have no idea how to make them since i'm not a big meat eater... was thinking slow cooker?
looking for a non-bbq style recipe, since we've been doing slow cooker meat with bbq sauce a lot lately.
TIA!

I made the French onion pork chop recipe that a lot of people have posted on here using them. They fell apart.
I've also sort of smoked them in the oven. I rubbed them with dry herbs and spices and then laid them on 2 sheets of tin foil, placed another 2 sheets of tin foil on top of them and crimped the edges together. Baked on a cookie sheet at 300 for about 2 hours or so.
