It was easy for me and I thought easier than the transfer.
Afterwards I went home MIL came over and made me lunch and "babysat" me. I wound up falling asleep on the couch for a few hours... woke up... took it really easy... FIL came over with Chinese food for dinner... went up to bed... watched a little tv and went to sleep.
I had never been in an operating room before so I deliberately did not look around or ask any questions... so NOT like me I figured the less I knew the less I'd worry and the more relaxed I'd be. I did the same for the transfer... I looked at the floor the entire time I was in the room.
Nothing to eat or drink after midnight (I"m like a Gremlin!! )
DH stops his antibiotics tonight.
We both go in at 8:30 in one car.
The whole process will take 3 hours.
I'll be hungry after. (I'm thinking IHOP!! )
And hopefully we'll get all these little suckers to fertilize and implant once they put them back!!
And a shout out to alexadt - thank you so much for the guided imagery CD - it's helping a TON!!!
I'm sure I'll be checking back in tonight, I'm a bundle of nervous energy, but if I don't I'll be sure to check in tomorrow when all is said and done!!
