Triphasic Temp Pattern - how much of a difference?

I *think* I may have moved into the third phase of my temps today (post-O) but I'm not positive. Anyone know if there's a general rule about how much of a spike it should be? Mine is up .35 from yesterday (though I'm charting it as .3 - 97.89 rounds to 97.9 and 98.24 rounds to 98.2).

Link to my chart, if anyone's interested

OMG you ladies rock! I really was just looking for a number Chat Icon

Though after reading this I probably won't get any work done for the rest of the day, of course Chat Icon Coupled with your replies and the fact that I'm STARVING all day today, I think (HOPE!!) you might be right.

Ah, 7 more days to testing day Chat Icon

It looks good! The next few days will really help you see where it is going.
As for starving - make sure you eat - you need to be taking care of yourself if this is it!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

That chart looks good, it looks like my 2 pg charts if you temp stays elevated, which you are a bit early to tell. You are about 9dpo right?

I would say if you temps stay high like that for a couple days, I wouldn't be able to stay away from a pg test!

Good luck!!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I feel like fertility friend calculated the wrong ovulation date. i think that you ovulated on day 34 or day 35...... sometimes i think that fertility friend relies a little too much on the temp and doesnt take the OPK into consideration enough. How long is your cycle normally?

I agree, I would think O would be day 34. Either way good luck and hope that temp stays as high as today.

I actually don't have a normal cycle. Last cycle was 39 days and I'm not sure I even O'd; this cycle will be min. 46 days.

The O date is based on the FAM method rather than FF's advanced. The FF one changed on me 4 times and I figured since FAM is the reason I began charting, it's the one I should base my charts on. FF had me at O the first day of OPK + with a dotted line, then it moved me to the last day of OPK with a dotted line, back to the Wed, etc. I just felt like anything that jumps around like that can't be all that valid, at least for my body.

We'll see - either way I did O and we did BD for all of the O's so hopefully Chat Icon
