Re: TTC Weightloss challenge
I've been trying to get in better shape also...so that pregnacy will hopefully be a little easier than last time.
I don't mind lifting weights...but hate cardio...so I remind myself everytime i am on the treadmill...this is for baby # 2...it makes it so much easier to bear.

Re: TTC Weightloss challenge
The Subway diet is like what Jared did on all the subway commercials. You eat a sub sandwich for lunch and dinner. It's really filling and it works. Plus you get tons of veggies so you know you are getting all the vitamins you need. It's just like going to subway except you make your own at home.

Re: TTC Weightloss challenge
Hi ladies! I would like to join you. I would like to lose the 10lbs I have gained since being married but I have a quick question for you. We want to start ttc next month. Is it safe to diet right before ttc? Thank you

As long as you are eating healthy yes...I wouldn't go drinking slim fast....maybe 5 small healthy meals a day...and when you eat carbs...make sure you balance it out with protien.

Re: TTC Weightloss challenge
Last night DH and I went to the gym together...he is my very sexy personal trainer. Anyway after doing a chest and bicep workout we attempted to do 25 min of cardio....after about 11 minutes DH looks over to my machine and sees my heart rate at 176...I wasn't paying attention because I was watching the TV. He told me to switch machines with him to see if it was broken...but no still in the high 170's...so we stopped the cardio....my heart rate has never been that high, while working out...or any other time that it was being monitered. DH got all worried and is ready to send me to cardioligst...but I told him that I wanted to wait until after tonights workout to see how I do. I'm hoping that it was a one time fluke.
on the plus side...I lost another 1/2 pound...I know not alot but since I am at the gym 5 days a week I think that I am just building muscle...because I can see that my body is trimmer...so losing inches...not really weight
