tubes from a breast pump....
There is some water in the tubes of my pump...I guess I didn't so such a good job drying the parts last time I sanitized them. Is this bad, I would think it's going to start to become moldy now. Should I just go buy new ones?

Hook them up to the pump but don't attach the sheilds...let the pump run so that it pushes out some of the moisture.
It would happen from time to time with mine - I did buy another set and would alternate every few days.

ITA with this!
every time i pump, i disconnect the tubes from the shields first and continue to let the pump run for a minute or two, it clears out all the moisture from the tubes.

You can try running it on the machine. If you find they hold the moisture then just call Medela and ask for new tubes. They have no problem sending them to you free - I've gotten a couple of sets.
