turbofire vs. insanity?
Just was wondering if anyone here has done both programs. I have insanity but I was thinking of ordering turbofire for when after my baby is born to get back into shape. I just wanted to see if there was a difference between the two. Insanity kicked my butt but i found it very intense. TIA!

I am a BB coach and honestly I think you should just modify Insanit until you are ready to do it full force. Then do it again full force. It is a great program. If you don't think Insanity is a good option for you, then I think Turbofire is also a great workout.

Re: turbofire vs. insanity?
I don't know both but upon lilqty's recommendation I started Turbo Fire last week after mg third DC (and third cesarean). I am having so much fun! And from Thursday to Sunday, I had already lost 2.6 pounds

I am so excited that you like it!!
And that is a great loss already!!
TurboFire is not only a good workout, but it is tons of fun!! Insanity is a little more hardcore, but I recommended it because she has already done it and owns it.
All of the BB products are able to be modified!!
