Re: Turkey Meatloaf
I sometimes use turkey meat instead of chop meat or meatloaf blend and I use the same recipe-DH never knows the difference actually...
2 eggs bread crumbs ketchup chopped onions-sometimes Onion Soup Mix-1 package chopped carrots-sometimes a splash of adobo if you have it- DH eats everything with Adobo-if you don't have it, some garlic powder will be fine
mold oven 350 for about 20-30 minutes,I keep checking
I make it with potatoes too-put in the same tin... with onion soup mix and garlic, a little olive oil

Re: Turkey Meatloaf
The easiest! i lb gr turkey i pkg Liptons french onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup Add to proper consistency crushed crackers or breadcrums bit of ketchup mix it all together slap it in a loaf pan (cookie sheet formed into a loaf cooks faster) Cook at 400 for about 30-40 minutes-I use a thermometer

Re: Turkey Meatloaf
This one is also really easy and lowfat
20 oz package ground turkey 1 cup salsa 3/4 cup oatmeal 1 egg white
Combine ingredients and put in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. It is really moist - using the salsa avoids the veggie chopping and gives it great flavor.
