Two Questions
I went in for blood work today and for my retrieval instructions which is tomorrow. The nurse said they'd call me today, and they never did. I am so nervous now. I am assumming they had nothing to say to me and since I know to not take any meds tonight and to report tomorrow morning, maybe this is why?
Also..for the PROGESTERONE (not looking forward to it)...
My bottle is in oil..it says 50mg/ml=10ml.
I was told to take 25 mg or 1/2ml for the first two days..then 50mg or 1ml the next two days. I am math stupid. SO will I have enough in my bottle? Also..is it weird I am only taking the IM in oil for four days then already on to vaginal supposotories? I am so relieved!

It doesn't sound like you have enough in the bottle, maybe you need an extra bottle? I heard those supposotories aren't that great! My friend miscarried because her Dr. only gave her the supposotories and not the shot. Her progresterone level dropped and she miscarried. Make sure you that you are getting th shot as well as the supposotories and not only the supposotories! Try and remain calm this is the last step you have!!! I wish you lots of luck hope it all goes well tomorrow!

I would call the emergency line. You need to know exactly what time to go there.
if you are only using a total of 3mL you'll have plenty, 7mL extra. Most people I know of do injections the entire time. If it works to keep your progesterone up with suppositories, consider yourself lucky

mine also. I have never had a problem with low progesterone in my luteal phase so that is why I thought they gave me the suppositories. There are a lot of women on here who have babies and were on shots for the first 4 days and then suppositories the rest.

Did they give you a time to report for the retrieveal?? They usually start around 10am and later.
You may need to get more PIO...I was on both, but not the suppositories till 2 days after the transfer.

Ditto...and you have plenty of PIO...you are only using 3 ML -
