Two tired parents seeking a weekend away
Please recommend somewhere relatively inexpensive for us to get away this summer. We would like somewhere we can drive with a pool/beach and to just relax, but also somewhere we can have a nice dinner.
We have tossed around the idea of Mystic, Baltimore, Atlantic City, and Newport, but I can't seem to find a reasonably priced hotel that fits our criteria. If you have a suggestion please make one.

there isnt a beach but Dh and I have gone several times to Twin Pine Manor, its a bed and breakfast in Lancaster and its very relaxing and beautiful.

BLock island is so cute and so relaxing - just rent out a couple of mopeds and you are good to go.

We go to the bayberry inn in Newport for our anniversary every year. I love the red room....its very charming. If you go to Newport make sure you go to 22 bowens for dinner....its delicious!!!

We have been to Montauk and we are looking for somewhere different to go.
I should also add we want somewhere with a tv, more of a hotel type place than B&B.
