Tylenol dosage for a 20lbs 9mo old?
I have the concentrated drops...forgot to ask the ped today when DS got his shots and he seems very uncomfortable tonight

I would do .8
at 22 lbs I went up to .8 + .4

I was given a chart that said at 18 pounds we can start giving 1.2 (.8+.4)

My ped said it's .8 per 12lbs.

That's what we did.
Now at about 23/24 Lbs DS in at 1.6
