Tylenol Recall McNeil Refund Submission
So I have two bottles of recalled Tylenol and I am on the website to submit a refund. I fill out the first one and go to fill out the information for the second one, and the LOT number is rubbed off on the side. I have a 1 ounce bottle of dye-free infant drops. This happen to anyone else?

do your best to make out the number. on my bottles, i kinda saw the imprint with the light hitting it a certain way. i did my best and submitted it

I'd use the same lot as the first bottle.  I had four bottles (all bought at once), and they all had exactly the same info.

if the lot # isnt readable you can take it to cvs and they'll give you store credit for it...

yup I did this...got $65 in credit and then I found more, went a second time and got $25 in cash b/c they had run out of the gift cards with so many people returning the meds

My CVS told me they were not taking any of the recalled meds back and that I needed to go through McNeil.

they took all mine back - it depends on who you talk to. The first guy knew nothing about it and said no until I pressed and he asked the manager.
