Tyler is one week old today!
He is doing great! Hes eating like a champ and he sleeps a lot...he is such a good baby! He is sleeping 4-5 hours a night! I will take it!
Just wanted to share a picture! In pictures he still looks jaundice what do you think? Really just his face, i realized today looking at his pictures. He sees the pediatrician on Monday.

he's such a cutie!
at this age jaundice in the face is not a big deal, they are just going to monitor to make sure it doesn't get worse. They monitored DS for jaundice for about a week. I was so scared, it made me supplement breastfeeding with formula because I was worried he wasn't getting enough fluids.
In the end they told me I was worried for no reason, and that its extremely common in breast fed babies. 
In the end, they also told me the best way to check is the bottom of the feet, rub your finger against the bottom and see how yellow it is. DS was always white in the feet. But for some reason he scored really high on some of the tests.

Thanks yeah its not on his body and I am going to have to check his feet next diaper change!...Yeah he is being BFed so I guess I will see on Monday what the dr says. I can't even tell until i look at pictures and I think he is still jaundice?

OMG what a little peanut! None of my kids ever had jaundice so I'm clueless about that!

He is just too cute! Have you been putting him in front of windows to get direct sunlight, this is what my pediatrician had us do for Luca when he was jaundice.

Kiera looked like that too. She almost looked like she had a tan!!! Dr said she had a touch of jaundice..nothing to worry about...TJ is adorable!!! Take the sleep now while you can!!
