So my boyfriend signed up to work part time for Uber eats- we need help!!

He was approved w the driving process
He downloaded the app
Received some Visa card etc( no idea what it’s for)
The email instructions were not clear, and he was not able to get a live person on the phone to explain how to get started etc


Does anyone work for Uber eats?
Anyone have any suggestions?
