Ugh - my mom and sister are in a fight

So my mom booked the restaurant for my Baby Shower. My sister ordered the invitations. Before my sister submitted the order she had my mom "proof read" to make sure all the info was accurate since she didn't book the restaurant.

Well, apparently my sister called my mom this morning to go over the final game plan (shower is Sunday). And my mom says "Ok, they said we can come to set up as early as 12".

My sister says "Ummmmmmm the shower STARTS at 12"

Mom " No, it starts at 1"

and it was just a downward spiral from there. Apparently my sister was told they booked the place for 12 and that is what she put on the invites which my mom proofread.

My sister is mad at my mom for being "irresponsible" and my mom is mad at my sister for "losing her temper so quickly".

Guess who's been put in the middle as the mediator?

That really stinks but I am sure it's nothing you can't straighten out with the restaurant. They can't possible be having a party before you right????

But seriously, tell them to work it out and leave you out of it. You should not have to worry about anything right now especially something to do with your own shower.

That's not fair for you to be put in the middle of this. I'm sure it can all be worked out.

aww jess that stinks! seriously, tell them you don't want to be involved b/c the stress isn't good for you. send them my way instead!

it's also not the end of the world - either see if they can change the shower time to 12, or get the people who show up to help set up!!
