Ugh... Can't catch a break - UPDATE - break caught!!!
We are in St. Maarten now. Before we left, Cailen was sick - throwing up. He was fine by the time we left - Saturday - but threw up at the restaraunt Saturday night. Sunday - yesterday - he was fine - we spent the day at the pool and the beach. DH and I had some drinks and dinner. We were starting to get into vacay mode and things were going so well....
I had too much to drink (or so I think...), and wound up throwing up last night. Well, last night, DH winds up getting violently, violently ill- retching all night. He has been so sick and hasn't gotten out of bed all day. I'm feeling queasy still, and today has been tough because it's rainy so we are trapped inside, and Cailen is going stir crazy.
On top of everything, Cailen has become so picky with eating he is just living on some milk.... He has been cranky probably because he is hungry...
I hope DH gets better today - I'm hoping it's a 12 hour thing.... think he'll be ok????

UPDATE:
DH is *FINALLY* feeling better - thank you for being here for me ladies, I was really in a funk yesterday - he isn't 100%, but out of bed and joined us at the pool and wll go to the beach later when Cailen wakes up from his nap.
BTW - Cailen is THE quintessential beach baby. He is LOVING this!!!!

Do you think DH has food poisoning?
I've had vacations like that, where everything just goes wrong. Hopefully, things will quickly turn around and you'll have a fabulous time.

We were wondering - we both shared a veggie burger - what could go bad in that? And he had pasta later..... with arrabiata sauce - TMI alert - spicy, so painful coming up

Sounds like you all caught his bug- I am so sorry! Luckily, in adults we are usually fine in 24 hrs.
