Ugh, my 6 year old has the flu
It seems like a milder case, but she tested positive for it this morning. She had the shot--we all did. I'm 7 weeks and so nervous now.

I am crossing my fingers for you that you don't get it too. Nothing like being pregnant and sick. My 6 year old had a 7 day fever with vomiting for a few days & I never caught it so there is hope.

That's good to know! Glad you didn't catch it.

My six year old and two year old both had it Christmas week. It's awful you just feel so helpless

I'm praying my 3-year-old doesn't get it, but she told me before bed that her throat hurt. That's how my 6-year-old started. Did you get it, too?

Re: Ugh, my 6 year old has the flu
My little guy tested negative but I think we took him to the dr a day too early. He had a fever (up to 103.5) and was very clingy. All I gave him was Advil, all he ate was Crackers and pretzels and kept him hydrated
They always drink from each others' cups though and snuggle together pretty often so they were definitely swapping germs for a long while before they got sick.
I felt awful and helpless but they're both totally fine now
