Just have to Vent. For every one step forward I feel like it's two steps back...
getting a mortgage all the cr%^ that comes along with it. 
BS brokers, mortgage pple, contracts, fees here and there

we're going through it now, DH keeps calling me every two seconds to scan something else for the mortgage broker...I can't stand it...

That's exactly it. Once you think you have everything it's... BTW, now we'll need you to sign a few more docs, can we see you'r last few statements, need to see your 401K now.
Ugh! Now the termite inspection we didn't think about.
Yup, it's a painful process, but the end results will be bitter sweat
