Ugh.......every day I am more disgusted with my in laws..............
We live in the basement apartment in their house with a shared bathroom. Due to a blowout back in July, I have not uttered word to them since.
Long story short, we did an infamily transfer of the house to us because they were going to t be forced to sell otherwise. Now we realize we would prefer our own house & they are mad that we want to sell .......of course the $$$ form the sale of the house goes to them Why be mad? We're giving you the $$$$.
But I love that when I come lately & want to sit outside or BBQ and use the patio furniture that WE BOUGHT.......I can't because THEY are sitting out there enjoying it
Just frustrated

is there anyone else in the family that you can do another in trasfer to? Were they charging you rent? IO ask because if they weren't and were doing you a favor than I think you guys should hold on to the house and return that favor to them.
