We have done the nebulizer before and it usually works! I hope that its true for your little guy!

CPP did the same thing for us last month. Unfortunately it's going around I hope he feels better. I found thinning out the formula with pedialyte helped so much with breathing. FM me with any questions

Alex had to use the nebulizer when she was very young too - it's scary, but hopefully he'll respond well to it
