Shop at ulta. U can use coupons, get free samples and gifts and better rewards. And return policy is decent from what I hear

I prefer Ulta over Sephora. I love Tarte Mascara, Naked Eye Pallet, Lorac Blush, and NYX Eyeliner. I still stick with my Mac Mineral Powder, and concealer which you can only get from Macys, Bloomingdales, or the Mac store. The rest comes from Ulta
